How likely are you to recommend Dr. Ash?
This speciality is short in doctors. Plan accordingly; have your priorities down to top two; history must be concise. He will listen but he does not provide actual therpay - go somewhere else for therapy. Dr Ash will manage your medicine based on symptoms you tell him so be honest, be quick. 15 min is all you have. I am well pleased with him and his staff.Drawback: they do not take blood pressure which I feel should be done at all doctor appts.
I concur with the majority of these reviews. Disrespectful and arrogant. He should not have the privilege of working with anyone…especially those with mental illness. I’m over 40 years old and have struggled with mental illness my entire life. I only had 15 minutes to discuss my history and somehow this man magically knew everything about me. Prescribed a medication in the same class that I said I did not want bc (of course) I’m the idiot here. He could not explain side effects or withdrawal symptoms. Why wasn’t any bloodwork recommended, at the very least? He is the reason why people hate going to doctors and wanting answers.
