Dr. Darren Sigal, MD

This Dr has been my boyfriends Dr through out his cancer diagnosis, my boyfriend may have actually met with the Dr in person twice, in the 3 years he's had cancer that is now stage 4, this Dr, always has his nurse do all the talking, he doesn't inform the patient of anything related to his cancer or the treatment plan, or what stage he's at. Now that my boyfriend is at stage 4 which we had to figure out ourselves using the Internet, the Dr has basically written him off for death, the guy won't do a PET scan even though my boyfriend has demanded it, the Dr has done no blood work in the last 2 and a half years, he's never explained anything to my boyfriend, never told him what his options are, never given him any hope, my boyfriend recently said to the nurse, because that's all he ever gets to talk to, 'am I dying', her totally unprofessional response was, 'everyone is dying', how f'ed up is that response?
