I have been seeing Dr Korkmaz for a couple years, and consistently had issues if you need to talk to someone in the office... always put on hold, average hold time 10 minutes, frequency of having the call dropped ~ 50%. Recently they changed my prescriptions and for one I needed to take care of getting the Prior Auth done because they did not respond to me or the pharmacy, and for the other I have been calling 2x a day for 4 days requesting a generic version or alternative brand as the one they keep calling in is not covered. Still do not have it corrected. Still have not received a call back.
