Dr. Velez takes time to answer questions and is very knowledgeable. The front line staff are all very efficient. The office is very clean and is run well. There is not a long waiting time.

I’ve been trying to get a referral authorization from Dr. Velez’s office for 10 days now so I can see an IVF specialist, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. I’ve called both their office and the IVF clinic every other day, but it’s nearly impossible to reach anyone from the staff. I even had to stop by in person last Monday because I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. To make things worse, my recent appointment with the doctor was rescheduled last minute with no explanation. When I finally did get a referral, the doctor they referred me to wasn’t even in my insurance network and wasn’t accepting new patients, so that was a complete waste of time. After a week and a half of constant follow-ups and no progress, I’m ready to switch to a new primary care doctor because it’s just too difficult to get in touch with this office or get the referrals I need for my care. I rarely leave reviews, but patients deserve to know how hard it is to get basic communication and support here.

Dr. Velez is an outstanding internal medicine physician! They take the time to really listen, explain everything clearly, and make you feel cared for as a whole person, not just a patient. The office is efficient, welcoming, and you never feel rushed. I feel confident knowing my health is in such capable and compassionate hands. Highly recommend!
