He is amazing but unless he unloads the halfwit who handles phones and questions- he will lose patients - I had to cancel because I woke with a stomach virus- the idiot said I should have cancelled yesterday - I wasn’t sick yesterday . She was almost hysterical- He must get patient staff who won’t chase patients who needed him so much. She must be replaced but as she will be the reader , he will never read this .
