My wife and I, both the doctor's patients, are about 80, an age where many healthcare providers start to dismiss patient ailments. This could not be further from Dr. Kanzer's approach to patient care. He invariably appears on time, actually escorting us to the examining room personally, and then takes whatever time is needed to understand the issue that brought us to him, asking relevant questions, and then offering suggested treatment protocols, following the process carefully. We're fortunate to have been referred to him.
