I was with another GI doctor I trusted who moved, and I was given a new doctor who told me we had to switch the plan that I was currently on without hearing me out well. That doctor had Dr. Buckles come in and talk with me. He was okay with the plan I was already on and has been my new specialist ever since. He is professional and has been a big asset to my health care team.
