I agree with everything everyone said about Dr. Pohlman - wonderful, professional, helpful, knowledgeable. On the other end of the scale - the WORST office staff possible, specifically in the Coral Springs office. If you call you NEVER get someone to answer. When you leave a message you NEVER get a return call. Went TO the office to try to get a refill for a medicine, and stood in front of the two office staff people for a few minutes while they stared at their computer screens. Look up and just say 'I'll be with you in a minute'. Have they ever heard of that? After finally being acknowledged, I was told to sign in and have a seat. I told them if they ever answered their phones I wouldn't have to come to the office. After waiting another few minutes while they supposedly were soooo busy working on their computer (playing the game - I would wait for as long as they felt I was chastised enough) - I got up, told them Dr. Pohlman lost a patient, You've been warned. NASTY too!!!
