I had a lab test at Quest per a lab order from Dr Combs office on September 25, 2025. Medicare was supposed to cover the cost, but due to incorrect coding, i started receiving bills. I've contacted the Doctors office 5 times and still cannot get the billing staff to correct the problem. After 5 months I had to pay $213. I called Dr Combs office to get an appointment, but the staff said they couldn't give me appointment. The medical staff is very efficient and pleasant to visit, but now I won't feel comfortable with doing any labs. This is my 3rd time I've had this problem and my husband has had 2 times the same problem with lab order codes.
