This place represents everything that’s wrong with healthcare nowadays. They treat everyone like a number. A classic patient mill.Dr. Schlenker didn’t properly introduce himself when he entered the room, didn’t smile, didn’t ask me a single question about myself. He couldn’t have seemed more disinterested in getting to know me as a person or building a relationship with me. Absolutely zero bedside manner whatsoever. Truly robotic. Didn’t ask me a single standalone question about my health or medical history, etc. It was probably the weakest primary care experience I’ve ever had.Next he all but accused me of being a high overdose risk based on some completely inhumane Cleveland Clinic algorithmic score with zero bearing on my personal situation, despite me sharing all of my history and prescription records, which showed a consistent and safe long term use a maintenance medication.Lastly, the doc sent the wrong prescriptions to the wrong pharmacies despite me writing it down for h
