My M.R.I. came back and was reviewed with my pain management doctor while I was awaiting for my follow-up appointment with Neumann. Dr Berry said that I am going to need disc replacement surgery at some point and since I am still young that he recommends that I do it sooner then later. Fast forward to appointment day, I dropped my son off at school and then headed out with my daughter from Hollis, OK to Lawton for my appointment. We had to stop so my daughter could use the restroom twice on the way and I arrived 15 minutes late. Once it was finally my turn to be seen the receptionist said that there is only a 15 minute window and would have to reschedule my appointment. I literally just drove almost 2 hrs with my 3 year old and I'm about to have my neck cut open to have 2 disc's replaced and your going to turn me away? Worst experience ever and happy this happened now because I found doctors with almost perfect 5 star reviews rather then a 3.5. Don't recommend this office.
