Dr. G seemed rushed and unfocused on my non-painful knee swelling. He briefly palpated my knee through my jeans and recommended an MRI, even though I told him I'd been skiing all winter with zero pain. He neglected to screen for Lyme exposure, which was diagnosed the following month by another doctor. He practices in a very hot area for tick-borne diseases, and this should have been his first rule out on the differential. Perhaps he just had an off day...
