I had breast augmentation, liposuction, and fat transfer with Dr. Christine Fisher and am now 13 months post-op. I waited over a year because I wanted to give my body time to heal and fairly evaluate the final results.I was happy with my body before surgery and chose Dr. Fisher because her practice was woman-owned and appeared to specialize in natural-looking results. I paid around $20,000 for subtle refinements, not a drastic transformation.Before surgery, I made it clear that scarring was a major concern. I was told the liposuction sites would be “freckle-sized,” microscopic, and/or hidden. Instead, I have visible, identical surgical scars on both sides of my body, plus three large vertical scars on my upper inner thigh from an area I did not originally request.My breasts are also uneven, smaller than discussed, and my left implant can be felt through thin-feeling skin. When I raised concerns, the follow-up did not feel solution-focused, and my records felt incomplete.
