She was assigned to handle the ‘medical’ side of my care for inpatient surgery. To say I was both disappointed and frustrated with her would be an understatement. Dismissive, condescending, uncaring, and honestly I don’t think she’s even aware of it. Regardless she does not have the personality to be in the profession she’s in. My Family was able to contact my Surgeon and get the change to my medication that I needed thankfully. She needs to learn to listen to the patient’s concerns…
