Dr Vu was unfortunately more interested in her laptop than me during our consultations, and so left me feeling like I was talking to myself a lot of the time. She didn't seem interested in making any connection with me as a person at all. Even when I went for an epidural cortisone shot she barely said hello (was actually behind the door when I went in so I didn't even see her!), didn't explain anything to me about the procedure (including how painful it might be!), and was very unconcerned with how I was feeling after the fact. As someone else here mentioned I found her completely lacking in empathy. Also, she was extremely resistant to helping me by providing medical certification for my CA EDD disability claim. It took several calls and two visits to the office (and a copay!) before she cooperated! I do not recommend Dr Vu at all!
