Love Dr. Sohn, the office staff is HORRIBLE! I went in there multiple times and called multiple times for an update, only to never get a response back. They continued to tell me the manager was busy but would get back to me. I never heard from her. I eventually had to switch Doctors due to the lack of care from the office. I could not believe how bad the staff was.
