I went in to see the doctor and got diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, and got little to no information about it. I was also told that there were signs of other possible issues in blood work but that it didn't matter because it didn't mean that I had anything definite. I went to get a second and third opinion, and both said that my blood work was not indicative of the autoimmune disease; Dr. Calais told me I had but that it was likely something with the signs in my blood work that he ignored. The office doesn't make you feel like you are in a clean medical facility. While I appreciate him testing me very quickly but, the way he diagnosed me and didn't ask fourth questions is upsetting. He wanted to start me on a pretty extreme treatment plan without exploring other options.
