I was referred here for my daughter through Springs Dental, and the experience was very frustrating. Our original appointment was canceled because paperwork wasn’t completed, but I never received any paperwork in my email nor communication that it would cancel an emergency procedure. When we got into see the dentist. He came in and told us we needed to proceed with treatment within five minutes and that we shouldn’t discuss the previous cancellation or paperwork issue. This felt dismissive and unprofessional being that we were in good spirits and that was no topic of discussion. I was also charged an unexpected evaluation fee despite having a referral, which was later refunded—but by that point, the damage was done. I had taken a full day off work, experienced a lot of stress (at 4 months pregnant the stress is magnified immensely), left feeling unheard and my daughter in pain! Better communication, transparency, and basic compassion would make a huge difference here.
