Patient Experience & Satisfaction

How likely are you to recommend Dr. Fletchall Belle?
I waited a very long time for an appointment expecting to see an experienced neurologist who would take the time to evaluate a complex neurological condition. Unfortunately, the experience was the opposite. The appointment felt rushed, my concerns were brushed aside, and the overall interaction came across as dismissive and condescending rather than collaborative or thoughtful. For someone treating neurological conditions, I expected a far deeper level of knowledge and engagement with patient symptoms. Instead, the visit felt superficial and hurried, as though the goal was simply to move through the appointment as quickly as possible. The professionalism of the office staff was also concerning. The primary nurse consistently smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which is extremely unpleasant and frankly surprising in a healthcare setting where patients may already be dealing with serious medical issues.Given the extensive wait list, I genuinely do not understand why anyone goes here
