Dr Downey was very thorough in her evaluation of my long-standing spinal problems for which I had received at least a dozen different possible causes. She did not think I had MS, which had been the most recent 'likely' diagnosis, but ordered a cervical spine MRI, something I hadn't had since 2 in 1999 and 2000. Her office called me today with a diagnosis that she felt explained almost all of all my symptoms. Although it's not something that made me happy since it will likely need surgery, I was grateful to finally have answers. She knows her stuff and communicates them to you as an intelligent patient. I truly appreciate her evaluation and help.
