Lately I found that Dr. Connett is not in tune with the seriousness of my condition nor is she listening to me. I find her compassionate to an extent, she is on top of my meds, however she forgets certain things such as the fact that I have had a therapist for 26 years that I talk to once a week. So why would she suggest that I need therapy? She told me to see a Urologist for a problem and that was partly correct; however she neglected to mention the name of the Urologist since I had just seen this group barely three months before. Since I am going through a lot without the help of anyone but her and a limited Advocate, my mind is struggling to maintain a plethora of information. I was informed by her that I had a condition that needed to be seen by this Urologist, and the Urologist told me that what I needed was also a gynecologist. I don't know what is going on. I feel we have a strong relationship but lately she is not in tune with my pain.
