How likely are you to recommend Dr. Brady?
I went to see Dr. Brady after being diagnosed with stage 4 Fibrosis. She simply took out a peice of typing paper, drew a 0 - 4 on it told me, my mother and husband i was at the 4 and would never go back the opposite way. Then told us the only thing that could be done for me was a scan every 6 months for liver cancer that I could never get any better. I have only recently found out that this wasn't true, there were many things she could have told me, directed me to do that could have very well reversed this damage completely, instead now I'm in Cirrhosis! Only recently finding out there were so many things I could have done to have gotten better. My diagnosis was NASH. I was trusting in her especially when being seen at The Duke Transplant Clinic! My mom even ask her about the possibility of taking a peice of her liver and transplanting it to mine for regrowth, Dr. Brady totally dismissed this! I'm so disappointed and now feel like I've been handed a death sentence.
