it seems like Dr Rowan is not very good at eyelid surgery, 2 operations my eyes are still not fixed ( he left outside edges of both my eyes so open that I cry on the outside of my eyes. He agrees it needs to be fixed but after trying it 2 x he will not attempt the 3rd time,- My suspicion is because he does not have the skills.
