Dr. Byron Wall, DDS

I came to Dr. Wall in the summer of 2019 for cosmetic dental work. My teeth were healthy and looked nice as well, but there were a few specific details that I decided I was interested in investing to fix. I had four upper and four lower teeth replaced in place of orthodontics and to fix a color-match issue on my front teeth. One year later, my teeth are finished. Although I’m happy with my lower teeth, my upper teeth do not match and were not aligned correctly. The bill for this treatment was $15,000. I left a phone message and sent two detailed email messages explaining what needed to be fixed. I understood it was a big hassle as my teeth had already been permanently placed, but $15,000 should get you a result you are happy with. To date, I have received absolutely no response from his dental office. At this point, my only option to receive a fair result seems to involve litigation. I would not recommend having cosmetic work done here. A
