STAY AWAY!!! I wish I read some of the reviews before I went to Florida Otoaryngology. Dr. Brittany Dobson was very dismissive and condescending. She was just checking boxes, quickly trying to get through her day and doesn't explain anything to the patient. She spoke quickly and could care less about her job or patients needs. You can tell it's all about the dollar here. Find another ENT group. As soon as I left I called the manager of this group to explain the disappointment. The upside is the reception desk and the man that schedule my appointmemt over the phone were both lovely and professional. Don't waste your time or money. Go to a good MD

I recently visited Dr. Dobson with my daughter, and we scheduled a surgery that we believed would improve her quality of life. Initially, the visit went well, and we were hopeful about the upcoming procedure. However, we were later informed that Dr. Dobson does not accept our insurance, which was incredibly frustrating and disheartening. This news came after we had invested time, energy, and emotions into preparing for the surgery. The situation has caused significant stress and hardship for my entire family. We are deeply disappointed, not only by the lack of clarity on insurance matters but also by the emotional toll this has taken on us. It is extremely upsetting to go through this experience and to feel let down after we trusted this process. I truly hope that in the future, more transparency and communication will be offered regarding insurance acceptance to prevent others from facing similar difficulties.
