If Orthopedics had a 'TOP GUN' PILOT, Dr. Dierckman would get a Radar Lock on the Bandit in no time. (Somewhat cliche - but accurate). His bedside manner, soft skills, compassion, communications, and Surgical Skills are second to none! I am a broken-down old firefighter; ELITE Orthopedics has performed well over 20 surgeries on my body (I think the total is 24, including 4 Total Joint Replacements - all of which began in 1987). For most of those years, Dr. Burton Elrod (The Patriarch of ELITE) performed my surgeries (each time I would mess up his work by falling through a roof or whatever, he would fix me up again). I honestly thought no one could hold a candle to him (Dr. Elrod is a ROCK STAR!), but IMHO, Dr. Dierckman leads the pack of those who have received the Mantle. He has done my 2 Hip Replacements, and I just saw him to discuss my knee. I trust him without reservation! Being able to trust a skilled surgeon is huge! If possible, I'd give him 100 STARS, but 5 is the limit.
