Dr. Brian Blackburn, DO

Dr. Blackburn saved my life when he performed two double fusions in my cervical spine. The procedure went exceptionally well. He was attentive to my needs both before and after surgery. He clearly only wants what is best for his patients and will work with you to get the best quality of life. I cannot express my gratitude enough.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Blackburn. On March 6 2025 I had a 2 level C5-C7 artificial disc transplant with Mobi-C discs. I came to his office 2 years prior and we came up with a plan that sounded good to me at the time. We scheduled the surgery date and all preops. As it got close to the date I chickened out. I had never had any kind of surgery prior. When I came back to his office I was feeling bad for canceling. He made me feel great and told me it’s ok. I learned of Dr. Blackburn at Shasta Orthopedic where I’m treated often for lower back pain by Dr Sabet. Dr Sabet recommended Dr Blackburn and said if I was have to take my children to any surgeon in Northern California. It would be Dr. Blackburn. That was enough for me and that’s why I went to Dr. Blackburn and trusted him.
