I felt very dismissed during my visit. The doctor told me I “passed” the exam and that nothing was wrong with my shoulder, but never asked if I was in pain during the exam. When I tried to explain my injury, he was dismissive and kept repeating that nothing was wrong, yet still recommended physical therapy. The conversation then turned into an argument about insurance coverage, and his tone became increasingly irritated. When I commented on his tone, he became angry and left the room abruptly. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable experience.
