Dr. Brandon Jones, MD

Took 5 attempts at phone calls and 2 walk back in to office just to get a prescription faxed, should have been a pretty easy task but these guys made it quite difficult.Referral they were supposed to send to my pulmonologist was never sent they just sent my demographic information to my pulmonologist so after 3 weeks of attempts to get proper Referal sent i have changed my pcp dr and I would advise others to do the same.It is impossible to communicate with this outfit you call a number and sit on hold forever but then walk into office and 3 or more receptionists are sitting there twiddling there thumbs.Had a new patient appt to establish care and was asked about my relationship status, advised been with same lady for over 15 years but for some reason this dr jones thought i should have an aids test added to my lab work?!?!? What the heck is that about?I would highly recommend finding care elsewhere as this place has no idea what they are doing.
