Dr. Bradley Morrison, DDS

My dentist referred me to Dr. Bradley C. Morrison for a root canal as he is listed on my insurance's website as in-network. The claim was filed under Family Endodontics which is Dr. Morrison's company. It was paid by Blue Cross as out-of-network since Family Endodontics is out-of-network even though Dr. Morrison, who is in-network, performed the service. They refused to re-file the claim under Dr. Morrison. This means that I am out almost $800 that the insurance would have paid for an in-network claim. They also would not let me speak to Dr. Morrison. I have no recourse.
