At my initial appointment with Dr. Mendoza I waited in the exam room for an hour and a half before he came in. He neither acknowledge the wait time nor did he apologize for it. He did refer me for a sonogram and did give me a call back with results. However, he wanted to get copies of a CT scan from a previous provider and that he would call me back in a week. to date It has been two months since that conversation. I have tried to contact him three times through the patient portal and have received no response. I called the main line twice. On each occasion. I was on hold for 30 minutes and I finally gave up. I went to the office where I saw him initially and asked to see him. He was not there. and the staff were not helpful in giving me any information or any help in contacting him. Apparently, I am not worth his time and energy and I am looking for a new doctor.
