I love this doctor, however, his front office staff is very disappointing. I am an established patient, have been for over 2 years, have always paid my part of his charges. Recently, I had a follow up appointment, told the front desk I left my wallet at home. I was told they needed to collect my copay, I was in total shock. Can you bill me please? no sir, I was told to collect. Can you call someone to bring your wallet? What a shame that a $50 copay became more important than the patient.
