Dr. Benjamin Wu, MD

The staff is amazing! Very kind and great at their job. The nurses were also very kind and seemed to really care about what I had to say. But Dr. Wu is awful. DO NOT GO TO HIM! He didn't seem to be taking me seriously at all. He told me he thought I have POTS but wanted to run other tests just in case, then completely ignored me when I said I felt sick after a stress test. He asked me why my HR was in the 180s at points, I told him the most strenuous thing I did was use the bathroom because I felt sick for days after my stress test & the monitor was put on the day of it. Then he said nothing is wrong with me. This was July 2021. He also refused to fill out a form for work saying I was seeking medical attention and not on vacation. He all but refused to fill it out and as a result, I lost my job. I went through almost all my savings during the time I was unemployed. I got a second opinion, had a Tilt Table Test, and do have POTS. As of March 2022, I'm finally getting treated.
