Dr. Benjamin Pollock, DO

I had the worst medical experience of my life with Dr. Benjamin Pollock. After almost a year of symptoms, tests, and appointments, he ordered a DaTscan to rule out Parkinson’s. When the results came back abnormal, I expected clear guidance, a treatment plan, or an urgent referral to the correct specialist. He called me only two days after the results were available, but the conversation did not provide a clear plan for what I should do next. Instead, he said, 'I have no idea how to deal with your case' (I'm 37 y.o.). Since then, he has not answered my messages (2 weeks), and I still do not have guidance about medication, exercises, physical therapy, additional testing, or next steps while waiting for a specialist. I was referred to Penn State Hershey, but the referral was not clearly directed to a movement disorder specialist, which made scheduling very difficult. The earliest appointment I could get is April 2027 - almost a year away!!! I feel completely abandoned.
