After a car accident, I was diagnosed with a concussion and advised to follow up with my primary care physician a week after the ER. Having PT for a sprained shoulder and using a cane for an injured knee, I called Dr. Opalka's office to let them know that I was driving with a concussion and leaving my PT appointment during rush hour traffic. I was told I would only be given a 15 minute window and too bad. I was 18 minutes late. Next, I was told I could wait. I waited. Dr. Opalka never came out. I waited three hours.
