He did a thorough exam but when I would try to talk to him about my symptoms, he told me to be quiet -- that he is 'a detective and let him do his detective work.' Charming but he MISSED my symptoms because he just goes through his routine. Turns out I did not have sinus problems or even inner ear issues but a serious brain blood circulation issue that needed surgery right away. He did order an MRI which was totally needed to reveal the problem I was complaining about
