I had a very disappointing experience trying to make an appointment with Aswathi Mohan Kumar’s office. The referral was requested on 5/13/2026, and when I contacted the office to schedule, the person I spoke with came across as unprofessional. The communication did not feel clear or supportive. This was especially frustrating because fertility/preconception care is very important and emotional, and patients deserve to feel respected and guided through the process. Overall, I did not feel comfortable with the way the office handled my appointment request, and I hope they improve their communication and professionalism with patients.
