I initially had a very positive experience with this doctor. My first visit was professional, and the office seemed well run. However, over the past several years, the quality and organization have noticeably declined.There have been frequent long wait times, missed appointments, and ongoing confusion with scheduling. On more than one occasion, the doctor seemed unprepared, and important concerns were overlooked. While these issues were later addressed because I brought them to attention , they were significant enough to cause concern.The doctor is kind and has good bedside manner, but reliability and attention to detail are essential in medical care. Based on my experience, I would be absolutely cautious about relying on this practice for serious or complex conditions.
