Exceptionally busy office. Staff doesn't wear name tags or introduce themselves. Some inner-office staff was too casual (not professional) in their interactions/speech with both me & my husband when we were seen as patients. Information given to me was inconsistent between providers (ophthalmologist vs optometrist). Dr. Rossman typically seemed too hurried to answer questions. I believe that her surgical skills are good, but I do resent the out-of-pocket $300 charge per eye if one choses to have cataract surgery in her clinical surgical suite versus going to Charlevoix hospital to have the surgery.
