Dr. Ashley Anderson, DO

Had a terrible experience with Dr. Anderson. I went in for a physical and to express some concerns I had about a varicocele and she walked out halfway through the exam and didn't return. She then sent in her assistant nurse to speak for her and to tell me that she's busy. I had to protest to the nurse that I paid for this visit myself as my insurance didn't cover it in full, and I wanted a thorough physical examination as scheduled. Dr. Anderson reluctantly reentered the room and asked me in a condescending tone what my concern was. At that point, I did not want to have any contact with this rude doctor but had no choice as I had already paid. I expressed my discontent with her attitude and negligence for her patient and she snapped back at me like a child insisting that she's busy and that I should stop complaining. This is her job and she's being paid very well to do it, she should do it well and with pride. Needless to say, I will not be returning.
