My daughter's rare and complicated health condition (MALS in a teenager) required a doctor who was experienced and knowledgeable in how to repair this condition while avoiding dangerous mishaps. Dr. Bilchik was able to open my daughter up and know what needed to be addressed and what did not in order to improve her blood flow and reduce her chronic pain. Few doctors in this country will do open MALS surgery on a pediatric patient, and of those, Dr. Bilchik is the finest. The team at St. John's Providence have experience caring for MALS surgery patients with kindness and compassion. I would not hesitate to bring any family member to Dr. Bilchik for surgery in the future if the need arose.
