Never responds to portal messages (weeks or months after they're sent), doesn't return calls, no one answers the phone at the practice, regardless of the day or time OR # of messages left. And the call center says that they receive constant complaints about the the same exact issue, but all THEY can do is send messages. Even the NP and practice mgr don't return phone calls so the indifference is consistent across all the roles.
