So disappointing, she showed no urgency to my condition. Each time she recommended a treatment the ball was dropped. Referral not sent or sent with the wrong birth date.Or had an excuse, one time I had to go up to the office because they couldn't find a fax number for the referral to be sent. I had to provide it to her front desk staff. They were friendly, but not knowledgeable at all. Sent to a vacant lot because of wrong address provided to me. The infusion team was awesome
