I had an appointment scheduled for 2-26-2026. Today I received a call from the Dr. confirming my appointment for Thursday. Five minutes later, I received a call from her office, a girl named Lydia. She didn’t even know what I was coming for, I told I want to have custom orthotics. Lydia proceeded to tell me I would need an hour appointment and I needed to reschedule, then asked me my name. (Really) Then kept asking me about the money over and over. She was extremely UNPROFESSIONAL.
