Terrible communicator and no bedside manner. My son and hospital staff waited on surgery for over 8 hours only to be told by Dr. Todd at the end of the day that he had no plan of performing the surgery that day. My son was in the hospital for 6 days waiting to have kidney stone surgery with no idea of what the plan was. The hospital staff said he had not communicated any updates to them until we filed a complaint. We will be looking for a new urologist.
