I have had great care from this provider, but the front desk staff will force me to find a new dentistry practice. After being checked in and seated, I was told mid-appointment that I could not receive care. The communication came from the front desk staff rather than the dentist or hygienist. The situation was handled abruptly and without any professional, data-driven explanation from an actual provider, leaving me confused and uncomfortable. I would have appreciated a direct discussion with the provider who has the medical knowledge needed to make a decision, instead of the front desk clerk who quoted something out dated. Clearer communication among the team before my appointment was interrupted would have been appreciated.
