My pcp was not available so Dr Ma saw me. I found him to be very helpful and really listened to me and my caregiver. If my regular doctor moves on I hope Dr Ma will accept me as a patient.
Dr Ma is not engaging whatsoever and fails to provide next steps for complex situations. He rarely asks any questions or provide information for next steps for recovery I had a telehealth appointment in which I was providing updates on my situation and he was too consumed with an email I sent to him. We never finished discussed my updates and I ended up having to pay $450 for 30 minutes time. My exact email was letting him know that I would no longer be seeing him as a provider because I feel that he lacked the ability to assist me with my medical needs.
