My appointment with Dr. Karich itself was fine, but everything that followed was incredibly frustrating. His office scheduled an MRI, and after hearing nothing for about ten days, I called to check in. That’s when I learned they had submitted the authorization using my old insurance information. They resubmitted it, but the MRI was denied. A peer-to-peer review was arranged, yet neither the doctor nor anyone from his staff showed up for it.I tried calling the office repeatedly but no one ever answered. I left multiple voicemails and never received a single call back. After more than a month of silence and zero follow-through, I’ve decided to find a different doctor. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
