I met with Dr. Gruenzel and gave him my MRI imaging. After 3 weeks he still had not reviewed the imaging or returned my phone calls. Extremely unprofessional

Dr. Gruenzel has been wonderful to me. He really listens to what I have to say. He is so kind and together we come up with a plan to best help me with my pain.
