My experience with this provider was disappointing. An assistant performed a sinus endoscopy before I ever met the physician, and the visit cost over $1,200. I was told I had mild to moderate inflammation but was still advised to undergo a CT scan and consider surgery. The CT scan itself was about $2,500, and insurance later denied the surgery because my condition was mild. I was also charged $300 for a phone call encouraging me to submit additional justification to insurance — a charge I was not informed about in advance. While others may have different experiences, I personally did not feel the care or billing process was transparent or appropriate for my condition.
